All Products must be inspected by the member upon delivery. If courier delivered, the signature on the delivery document will constitute conclusive evidence of receipt of the quantity of Products indicated on that document. A signature at a collection point will also constitute a conclusive evidence of receipt.
A Member has the right to cancel any Order placed on the Website within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the Order is confirmed and payment made or within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of products. The 14 (fourteen) day cancellation does not apply, to the following sale agreements:
To agreements for goods or services for which the price is fixed according to the financial market variations which cannot be controlled by the supplier.
To sale agreements related to personalised goods which were made according to the members specifications.
Products, whose packaging has been opened.
This right may be exercised by sending the product back to MumsAisle at the address given below. The Member has another 14 (fourteen) days after notifying MumsAisle of cancellation to return the relevant goods. When returning products, the member must bear any cost and risks involved in returning the product. The Member will receive a refund within 14 (fourteen) days of MumsAisle receiving the returned products. Standard delivery charges will be refunded only for entire orders returned or cancelled by a member. Partial returns from an order will not have standard delivery charges refunded.
The Member may not reject the Products or any part of them solely on the grounds of short delivery of an instalment.
All returned products must have their original, undamaged packaging and must be in an unused condition (except only in the case of Products which have been discovered to be faulty upon use). MumsAisle reserves the right to refuse either all or some of the refund due in the Member.
